Job Description:

NOT A RECEPTIONIST POSITION - We need strong administrative skills for a business development/sales position.

Glenview Doors is a manufacture of luxury exterior doors including pivot, arched, and steel doors. We are seeking a new team member to help us grow our nation-wide network of dealers to get our doors in every state. This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in the home décor, interior design, architectural and construction industries. You will hone your skills in communications, relationship development, technical understanding, and B2B sales. We are a small, but growing company with many career advancement opportunities.

This is a salaried, full-time job. We work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, no weekends, holidays, or nights. Paid training, 401K and health benefits are included.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with our dealers via email, phone, and in-person

Create detailed estimates with proper pricing and ETAs.

Become an expert of our products and services

Respond to questions about the technical and visual aspects of our products.

Occasional travel

Provide guidance through the entire purchasing process.

Requirements:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

A passion for building and maintaining relationships and aptitude for navigating difficult conversations regarding financial concerns or technical issues.

Comfortable with learning new systems and processes, both digital and manual.

Advanced understating of how things are put together and easy comprehension of technical details and construction.

A passion for paperwork, making sure each sales order is complete, accurate, and clear.

Emotional intelligence which includes exercising empathy with customers and co workers, and coping mechanisms for stressful situations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience.

Previous experience with interior design, home décor, architecture, education, or sales is preferable, but we are willing to train anyone who is eager to learn.

Compensation:

Competitive starting salary, $40,000 - $50,000 plus commission.

Performance review after 6 months
