Gannett Fleming is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to partner with the Executive Administrative Team to support members of the c-suite and Director of ESG in our Camp Hill office. Join our Journey!


This is a hybrid role and most work can be done remotely. Must be within a reasonble commute to Camp Hill, PA.


Responsibilities:
  • Schedules meetings: including coordination/support as needed
  • Provide administrative support for company-wide initiatives such as preparation of agendas and meeting summaries
  • Processes expense reports and invoices
  • Books travel arrangements
  • Formats, edits and proofreads reports and correspondence
  • Administer support and coordination of Corporate-related charitable contributions
  • Coordinate Corporate-wide annual United Way campaign
  • Research, interpret, and apply information
  • Sorts/Distributes mail
  • Performs various administrative support, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate Degree
  • 5-10 years of executive/administrative assistant experience or combination of education and experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook & Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong work ethic with an emphasis on upholding a strict level of confidentiality and delivering service at the highest level
  • Nurturing and supportive team member with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and innovative problem-solver
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize in a fluid environment.
