We are searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate is organized and an exceptional communicator that enjoys taking on new challenges and tasks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelors’ Degree and 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant; any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Maintain a professional communication path between the President, corporate personnel, and employees.
  • Manage calendar for President, make travel arrangements, and schedule delivery and setup of meals when needed.
  • Assist with planning and organization of team building events and activities.
  • Manage calendar for shared conference rooms.
  • Provide support to Operations, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance as needed, and other areas of the organization as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to: maintaining confidential records and files, researching and assisting with the preparation of documentation regarding policies and procedures, reviewing and editing reports memos and letters, drafting correspondence, preparing documents and reports on the computer, scheduling meetings, managing office leadership schedule, preparing meeting agendas.
  • Assist with overflow work for other departments, including word processing, scheduling, and ordering supplies
  • Other duties as assigned.
