BriteLife Recovery LLC’s corporate headquarters are in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The company offers a full continuum of substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health services for adults 18 and older living with substance use and alcoholism. BriteLife Recovery acknowledged that there were many individuals living with addiction, and that we could help improve more people if invested in underserved communities which lead to our May 2022 expansion to where many would consider the snack food capital of the United States; Hanover, Pennsylvania. Our primary focus is to provide Hope, Health and Healing for those seeking our service through a Trauma-Responsive, Holistic experience.

Overview of the Position:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively with the Executive Director and department heads in assisting with the office and clerical needs for the staff at BriteLife Recovery. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant facilitates and maintains effective communication with clients, families, and BriteLife Recovery staff as receptionist.

Primary Tasks:
  • Serves as in-take person and/or administrative contact .
  • Performs bookkeeping duties as necessary.
  • Forwards invoices and facility mail for timely processing.
  • Prepares, processes, and files documents.
  • Maintains office supplies and inventories.
  • Runs reports as necessary.
  • Various projects for departments and leadership team.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information.
  • Assit with creation of Monthly Newsletter
  • Able to perform duties in high stress situations with ease and confidence
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • High School Diploma plus
  • Two years of experience in administrative office work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. (preferred)
