This Administrative and Personal Assistant will support the leadership team at Haisley Funeral Services. Job duties can vary widely. On any given day, this position may perform a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

· Answering phones and greeting visitors

· Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

· Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical

· Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

· Helping with daily time management

· Running errands as requested

· Planning travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation

· Coordinating events

· Drafting correspondence such as emails and letters

Educational & Prior Experience

2 years of prior experience as an assistant with references to support your experience. High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:

Environment - Work is indoors.

Attire - professional business attire required.

Postures – Frequent, continuous sitting or standing up to 6 hours per day.

Physical Demands – Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers, and phone usage.

Hours – 30-hour work week scheduled Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Compensation, Benefits and Incentives:

$15-18 per hour based on experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
