An Administration Manager is responsible for managing human capital to ensure the proper skilled personnel are available to meet the timeline and scope of the project.


Day To Day Task:

  • Plan daily and long-term site coverage and labor requirements to ensure all project and Alstom safety requirements are met.
  • Produce resource schedule to identify location of resources and provide daily reports, hours expended and project status.
  • Provide support to invoicing and billing for clarification on timesheets and or time slips.
  • Design and manage daily and long-term Spotter scheduling to ensure proper project coverage is executed.
  • Monitoring Spotter performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Alstom, OWC, PA Rail Ops and PA Redevelopment RDA to ensure work force scheduling will meet the business needs and timelines.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Track and report daily work hours and Key Performance Indicators, KPI as required by Alstom.
  • Track inventory (uniforms, winter gear, PPE).
  • Design and recommend procedures to improve project efficiencies.
  • Organize employee training including orientation, specialized training and maintaining each employees’ training record.
  • Ensure the work facility is safe, free of security issues and in compliance with all government regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s work health and safety policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage the spotter and resources needed for the successful completion of the projects by collaborating with 3rd party Project Management Office, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance Onsite/Field Audit to confirm that personnel resources.

Qualifications:

  • Education Requirements: HS Diploma or Relevant Work Experience
  • Language Ability: English, additional languages a plus
  • Traveling: NA
