Admin Support Specialist - Santa Fe Springs $17 - 1st Shift 7am Job at Helpmates Staffing Services
· Ensure all Scheduled Maintenance skips and cancel work orders are closed prior to month end and routed to the correct department personnel for further processing
· Process warranty installations in web-based application
· Perform data entry and maintenance of appropriate logs, reports and databases/adding equipment information into database
· Update and maintain fleet tracking in web-based applications (SAP)
· Support Contracts Coordination team by verifying and adding equipment and other misc. tasks.
