What We Want:

TTL is searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform admin tasks to support our Tuscaloosa office. This position will report to the office manager and assist all departments as needed.

Responsibilities include:

Administrative support such as:

  • Answer the phone in a friendly and business-like manner
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks using strong organizational skills
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area
  • Ability to recognize issues requiring immediate attention, and communicate to Office Manager
  • Generate a positive impression of our business by welcoming visitors, responding to requests, and supporting coworkers
  • Provide project support including: project setup, correspondence, deliverables, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Order office supplies
  • Place food orders for local meetings
  • Restock kitchen & conference room supplies as needed
  • Perform copying and/or binding as assigned
  • Operate & troubleshoot a variety of office machines such as printers, punching and binding machines and copiers
  • Maintain & update desk manual for this position
  • Handle incoming & outgoing mail, FEDEX, etc.
  • Make hotel reservations & follow up with employees and hotels for receipts
  • Scan all hotel and purchase receipts for company credit card
  • Assist office administrator with service calls for building issues

Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to proofread reports and correct grammatical errors
  • 2+ years of previous experience preferred
