The Role

  • Hybrid
  • Office Management experience required
  • Bookkeeping or Accounting knowledge required
  • QuickBooks Online Certification required
  • One month of paid-testing period
  • Part time in the beginning and can grow into full-time based on performance

You will be Responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the team as the go-to person for all needs, including bookkeeping, daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, etc.
  • Conserves manager’s time by reviewing, reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external team

Fundamentals

  • Degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience
  • Must have strong knowledge in QuickBooks
  • Must have experience in full cycle bookkeeping, account reconciliation, payroll, and invoicing
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy
  • Must have attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Must have an excellent work ethic
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Extensive relevant experience required

We are looking for a candidate who can work both remotely and in person, coming into the office every other week.

Competitive and progressive pay rates based on skills and ability to learn.

Flexible work hours and schedule

Work duration: 10-20 hours weekly (part-time in the beginning)
