MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THESE SHIFTS : OFFICE HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 2 PM - 8 PM / SATURDAY 8 AM -4 PM / SUNDAY 9:30 AM - 1 PM
Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Handle multiple tasks and phone calls
Light cleaning duties
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide support around the office as needed
MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO WORK ( NOT UBER/ LYFT/ BUS)
Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Strong in Microsoft Office suite
Proficient in using CRM
Must have front-office experience
