Description:
Activities Attendants work in our Game Room & Bowling areas providing outstanding service while greeting and assisting guests!
Responsibilities include:
- Assign lanes and record transactions using a point of sales system;
- Answer telephone and make announcements;
- Sell bowling products, including leagues and specials.
- Keep bowling areas clean and in excellent operation condition.
- Assist guests with bowling ball choices and give bowling instruction as needed.
- Upsell packages and products
- Assist with minor game repairs
- Re-stock and help redeem tickets in redemption area
- Run Bumper Cars
