A/R Specialist / Payroll - 3 Years or More of Experience
Automotive air conditioning company in South Fort Worth searching for a detail, multi-tasking, hard-working person with a positive outlook to join our Accounting Department.
You must have at least 3 years’ experience in the following areas:
Accounts Receivables:
- Heavy Invoicing
- PayPal
- Processes and Receiving Payments from Walk In Customers
- Applying Payments via Credit Cards, Cash, and Checks
- Deposits – Electronic and manual
- Monthly Statements
- Collection Calls
- RMA / Credit Memo
- Working with Sales Department to Resolve Invoice Issues
- Working knowledge of GAAP and Manufacturing Accounting Principles
- Some Reconciliation Experience
Payroll
- Verifying Time Punches via a Timekeeping Program
- Verifying and maintaining Vacation and Unpaid Time by employees
- Able to help employees resolve timekeeping issues
Accounts Payable
- Will back up Accounts Payable when needed
- Working knowledge of Accounts Payable Process
- Expense Reports
Office Assistant
- Answer Phones
- Help Walk in Customers
- Customer Service
- Filing / Scanning
- Other Duties as Needed
Intermediate to Advance Experience with Excel Required. Epicor or ERP System Experience a Plus
Salary is dependent upon experience. We offer Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance.
For this position there will be a background check performed; as well as possible drug and/or alcohol testing
