Accounts Receivable Specialist Job at ML Talent Strategies
Job Summary
ML Talent Strategies has a client looking for a steller Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role includes typical Accounts Receivable functions such as handling all aspects of invoicing, processing accounting, managing and tracking receipts, and reconciling receivables.
This position has hybrid potential and requires some in-office presence.
Essential Functions
- General AR functions (invoicing, accounting, receive payments, receipts, reconciliation of receivables, etc.)
- Advise upper management of vendor payments needed for the release of payment
- Provide cash flow analysis
- Manage all collections court filings and appearances
- Submit and collect all lien releases from vendors
- Produce borrowing certificate for upper management review

Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in related position, preferably within the construction industry
- High competency in AIA Construction Application process
- Mathematical background
- Reliable transportation
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge preferred
- Jonas software experience preferred
- Notary is a plus
