We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. To be successful in this position, you will have extensive experience with the accounts payable process, strong attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team and on your own. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, accounts receivable reconciliations and billing. You will also assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Select customers for payment plans.
- Process payments.
- File invoices in an orderly fashion.
- Answer questions from customers.
- Gather and maintain customer information.
- Be punctual and reliable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
