LifeSource Water Systems, California’s dominant residential water treatment company, is seeking highly motivated Accounts Receivable Customer Service Representative.

What you will do:

  • Notify Sales Representatives on time-sensitive documents that must be collected from clients to complete the sale.
  • Review finance reports daily and complete action needed to close pending status.
  • Process and reconcile zero-dollar services orders and outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile pending orders report.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients.
  • Use the company CRM system to efficiently handle client information in order to provide quality service.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned including but not limited to special projects.

What you will need:

  • Must have a positive attitude, with a high level of confidence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales auditing and or accounts receivable.
  • The ideal candidate is a team player who appreciates a positive and motivating culture
  • Must have exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers, excel and outlook.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
