We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our office team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to accurately process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Call customers daily to collect payments.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Invoice customers through mail and email.
- Daily desktop deposit of checks with scanner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain filing systems for accounts receivable records.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain multiple spreadsheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
