Accounts Payable Specialist - Hybrid Opportunity
International corporation is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting and finance team for their Charlotte US office. You will oversee all AP functions. Great opportunity to learn and advance your career. Salary up to $60,000 plus excellent benefits package. Office located conveniently in South Charlotte. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:30 Hybrid opportunity after training
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist Include:
- Process invoices in SAP and post payments in the customers' EDI portals
- Ensuring proper department's account is charged. Research any questions or discrepancies.
- Prepare wire transfers and complete check runs
- File and sort invoices, checks, and other accounting documentation
- Prepare month end reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Complete extensive AP reconciliations, including international reconciliations
- Maintain W-9s for vendors
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Specialist Include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with SAP or ERP system
- Excellent Excel skills
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
