Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Corvallis, OR, 97330
Shift : Days(8am--4:30pm), M-F
Job Description :
- JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEResponsible for the preparation and processing of Accounts Payable checks and related reports. Additional responsibilities include day-to-day clerical duties and special projects for the department. Frequent contact with the purchasing department, various department managers who approve invoices and outside vendors.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
College-level coursework in accounting or related field preferred.
Accounts payable experience required.
Experience in ERP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, required.
Experience with OnBase or PeopleSoft preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
