Job Summary for Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk: We are looking for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! Day-to-day tasks include posting invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing accounts for payment.

Responsibilities of Accounts Payable:

Process invoices on a daily basis

Balance statements and finalize data

Process weekly/monthly check runs
- Reconcile petty cash
- Reconcile sublet schedule
- Maintain current W-9's for all of our vendors
Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Process daily deposits
- Call on aged receivables
- Process accounts receivable statements
- Reconcile cash sales schedules
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- 1 year of payables/receivables experience
