Job duties:
process fuel invoices
all claims need fuel tickets to pay employees - match fuel tickets with vendor tickets for the processing team.
busy season 500 invoices daily .. split between team though.
They will spend about 1-2 hours in the office every day.
They will come to the office every day, retrieve the fuel tickets, sort them so that they can be split among the temps and then take them home to process. They will also scan Memphis tickets into the system and file the tickets from the day before. So every day they will come get tickets to process and bring back the ones from the day before and file them.
The first few weeks will take longer while they are getting trained and adjusted but once they get the hang of it they shouldn’t be in the office more than an hour.
