Accounts Payable Clerk
Lakes Property Management is a rental and homeowner association management company. We provide administrative, financial and maintenance services to our clients. LPM is a family owned and operated company looking to add to our accounting department. This role is a full time position.
Essential Functions:
- Monitor accounts payable work queues to ensure that all invoices have been addressed
- Timely and accurately pay invoices via check, ACH, or payment portal
- Split costs with another party or charge to tenant or homeowner as needed
- Manage COIs and W9 for all vendors
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Calculate and process owner draws
- Assist with downloading bank statements
- Calculate management fees
- Perfrom other duties or projects as assigned by Accounting Manager
Education & Experience:
- Must have knowledge of Google Suites (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
- Positive and collaborative team player
- At least 2 years of accounting experience is preferred
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Must be detailed oriented
