Greensboro Honda, a Hudson Automotive Company, is now hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Do you have automotive dealership accounting experience? Are you reliable and hardworking? Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts payable process and ensure vendor payments are executed.
  • Make sure invoices and orders are correct
  • Process all company payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile all accounts payable transactions
  • Assist with monthly closing reconciliation
  • Prepares cash deposits and fills out the cash control sheet daily.
  • Prepares accounts payable statements monthly.
  • Performs background checks on credit applications. Gives approvals for current charges.
  • Processes daily credit card deposits.
  • Updates customers' account information.
  • Inputs new vehicles into the computer system as directed by the office manager.
  • Posts fuel credits on a daily basis and reconciles the fuel schedule.
  • Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management.
  • Assists with related special projects as required.
