Position: Accounts Payable
Location: Streetsboro, OH, 44241
Duration: 8 months
Pay rate: $22/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Description:
· Process a high volume of accounts payables invoices, including validating information to prevent fraud
· Ensure proper accounts are charged for invoices.
· Uncover and help solve discrepancies between the POs and the invoice.
· Communicate with vendors and assist in solving any concerns by working with purchasing.
· Assist with month-end close entries and reconciliations.
· Support business system analytics by generating, collating, and circulating weekly, monthly, and/or annual reports.
Requirements:
· BA/BS
· 2-3 years of experience
