Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Currently looking for a AP/AR Specilaist to join one of our top client's teams in the Enfield, CT area.
Primary responsibilities of the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- The AP/AR Specilaists will work in a high-volume environment and will be responsible for the full AP/AR cycle.
- 3-way matching of invoices, to packing slip, to invoice.
- The AP/AR Specilaists will reconcile monthly AP to the general ledger.
- The AP/AR Specilaists will provide exceptional customer service in regards to billing inquiries.
- Work with division managers and internal leaders to resolve invoice issues.
- Will work closely with company Controller and CFO to determine weekly check runs, and resolve any discrepancies.
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specilaist requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of previous experience in payables in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with 3-way matching
- Strong MS Excel skills
- ERP experience required
- Excellent communication and technical skills
