ACCOUNTING WHOLESALE CLERK Job at Lumberton Honda Kia
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Enter all new and used vehicle purchases into system
- Bill out all Dealer Trades and Wholesales
- Maintain schedules assigned
- Prepare checks for purchases
- Prepare and send checks for customer payoffs
- Maintain incoming and outgoing titles to include reassignments, duplicates
- Inform management of any issues regarding paperwork or titles
- Perform monthly title/MCO audits
- Post transactions to accounting records and ledgers
Qualified applicants should have:
- Prior Automotive accounting experience
- Title experience
- Ability to get and maintain a notary seal
- A professional appearance
- Strong written and verbal skills
- A positive attitude
- The ability to problem solve
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- CDK Drive experience is a plus
