The Accounting Clerk/Office Administrator supports several functions including assisting the finance team with account receivables, collection, and invoicing, as well as other office support.

WHO YOU ARE:

You have an eagle eye for details, a deep desire for accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to build relationships with all levels of associates. Top candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to deliver, anticipate and maintain professionalism with associates and customers.

We are looking for someone to:

· Handle account receivables, including processing payments received

· Make daily check deposits

· Serve as the back-up for processing credit card and ACH payments

· Act as first contact on collection calls/emails for past-due accounts

· Daily invoicing and processing out of territory service commissions

· Provide administrative support for the business, including the Company President and Vice President

· Handle general event planning and organization, including travel arrangements for associate business such as hotel, meal & entertainment, airfare, and car bookings

· Provide sales support, receptionist duties, and other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· 4-year degree preferred; and/or

· 2- to 4-years of accounts receivable experience for a similar size Company; and/or

· Equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

· 2- to 4-years of administrative assistance/event planning is also preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

· Keen eye for details/accuracy when working with both numbers and words

· Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build personal and

team-based relationships with all levels of associates

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Proficiency in accounting fundamentals a plus

· High Proficiency in Microsoft business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook), especially Excel

· Exceptional organization and time management skills is a must, including the ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.

· SAP Business One experience is a plus.
