Position Overview:

The Accounting Clerk III is responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounts Receivable department by processing daily receipts, weekly invoices, reviewing Aging Reports, and responding the employee and customer inquiries. The Accounting Clerk III embodies the company values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork, customer obsession, and makes safety and security a personal mission.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Processes daily receipts
  • Assists with Aging Reports
  • Reviews and analyzes General Ledger detail (bad debt)
  • Assists with customer and employee inquiries
  • Loads data and compiles Excel spreadsheets
  • Effectively identifies, analyzes, and utilizes data with little or no supervision
  • Assists International offices with AR-related requests
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties
  • Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Accounting/Finance department (GL, AR, AP)
  • The ability to prioritize a work schedule and multi-task
  • Proven effective communication skills in both formal and informal settings
  • The ability to effectively and positively respond to challenging inquiries
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Oracle HR Accounting experience

Working Conditions:

Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time, use a keyboard and mouse, frequently.
