Job Details for Accountant:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay Rate: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
  • Location: Lisle, IL (in office)

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accountant:

  • Performs bank and account reconciliations
  • Records routine or recurring transactions
  • Prepare and assist in bi-weekly payroll functions
  • Settle on equipment purchases
  • Gathers, reviews, and analyzes statistical information
  • Makes necessary corrections and/or adjustments to receive accurate report information
  • Examines accounting information contained in invoices and reports, traces and reconciles unusual variances
  • Communicates with others in the organization to answer accounting questions or resolve issues

Job Requirements for Accountant:

  • 2-4 years of accountant experience required
  • Degree in an Accounting or Finance required
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced skill level in Excel
