POSITION: Account Supervisor

Position type: Management role, Part-time, 20 - 30 hrs a week

The Account Supervisor will manage the strategy development, production process, planning, and day-to-day details of a client account, ensure that the account operates smoothly, and help grow the client's business.

Additional Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Manage the strategy, development, planning, and day-to-day communication of client accounts
  • Manage the production process of campaign details
  • Develop client-related presentation
  • Source any needed vendors or partners
  • Development campaign timeline, workplan, and staffing needs
  • Ensure account results by gathering information from clients, writing contact reports, overseeing the creative production process, coordinating the work of team members, and providing quality control for all account output
  • Manage the delivery of the work on time and within budget
  • Manage account budget and profitability
  • Interpret marketing data, analyze campaign results and their strategic implications, develop business initiatives and sell new products to clients to ensure continued account growth
  • Analyze campaign results/performance
  • Manage Account Executives and Account Coordinators on the team

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct response marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in experiential, traditional, and digital
  • Experience working with a nonprofit, highly preferred
  • 3 + years of advertising/digital agency experience
  • Experience managing a team of people
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Google documents or Microsoft office suite

KTC provides a competitive compensation plan. Compensation is based on position grades and qualifications. Specific compensation is outlined in a job offer made to a candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
