  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Fluent in English; Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus
  • Must be comfortable with technology and leaning into change, as ongoing technology and process improvements are planned
  • Flexible and able work shifts stated in the job description
  • Able to work a 40-hour work week plus overtime
  • Capability to work from home, maintaining schedule adherence, with a quiet office space and reliable high-speed internet connectivity
  • Candidates must live within a 50-mile commuting distance from the Ford Credit location in Tampa, FL.
  • You must be available for in-person training for the first 30 – 60 days
