Overview:
Summary

The Managed Care Account Executive reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. This position will drive Advanced Hearing Providers sales revenue by acquiring net new customers and supporting existing business through expert industry and product knowledge including workers compensation managed care insights. This is a remote/home-office based position with up to 75% travel.

Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary sales representative for assigned geography.
  • Identifies prospective client needs and potential solutions.
  • Ability to easily adapt presentations to varying client organizations.
  • Develops and maintains a consultative approach to building client relationships.
  • Manages all aspects of the sales process and the client account.
  • Engages support resources effectively.
  • Demonstrates AHP value through solution demonstration.
  • Responsible for all aspects of territory management.
  • Forecasts and projects sales opportunities and associated revenue for territory.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of hearing aids, the competitive landscape, and market drivers.

Qualifications:
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years field-based sales experience
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a quota-based sales environment
  • Industry knowledge and background in hearing and/or worker’s compensation preferred
