What will you do?

Work directly with Holman internal customers to execute against marketing plans in collaboration with central marketing team members. Act as the liaison between the business and internal and external resources to ensure timely execution.
Utilize applicable channels to target communications to different employee populations.
Directly support the Internal Communications team with the planning and maintenance of the business accounts.
Create and manage campaign calendars to align with strategic initiatives including targeting, messaging, scheduling and creative.
Collaborate with Pulse Digital Operations Specialist and Analytics team to monitor campaigns, interpret results and suggest optimizations to corresponding business line and Strategic Account Manager.
Conduct competitive and industry research to leverage insights to enhance campaigns.
Responsible for planning and execution of content flow on Pulse (intranet) homepage including banners, blogs, events, specialized widgets and more.
Host regular meetings to communicate updates and recommendations to Strategic Account Managers and internal stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with company leadership and departmental key players, including corporate leadership, business leaders and department managers. Travel to Holman businesses when appropriate.
Work with Digital team to develop reports and visualizations for Strategic Account Manager to track key performance metrics
(KPIs).
Support synergy and connectivity between creative and copywriting team and assigned business units to ensure that campaigns are successful and optimized all the way through the funnel.
Identify best practices and scale successful programs.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

Four-year college degree, preferably in a marketing-related program
3+ years’ experience in marketing
3+ years’ experience in a consulting, sales or account management capacity
