Join us as a Capital Sales Account Executive and help us achieve our vision to change behavior and revolutionize payment in the multi-trillion dollar construction industry that is ripe for Fintech disruption. As a Capital Sales Account Executive, your target contacts will come from various data, marketing, and referral-generated channels. The best AEs are passionate team players who can handle the challenges of cold calling and objections with grit and enthusiasm. This position will give someone fantastic learning and earning potential! This position is aligned with new logo creation within one of the fastest-growing segments within the Procore platform.

We are seeking seasoned sales makers with extensive closing experience. Being that this is a new product category within construction technology – you will receive hands-on training around financial sales principles, strategic design of Fintech customer acquisition models, business development strategy, and an understanding of a high-growth business environment. Procore will invest in you and your skill set so you can grow in your career at Procore & beyond. The expectations are that you show up with the energy and attitude to produce a high level of activity with a coachable and resourceful mindset.

This role reports to the Capital Sales Manager and is a remote role – but ideally near a major US Metropolitan area. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate new opportunities to fuel Procore Capital’s sales growth.
  • Identify decision-makers at target companies and lay the foundation for strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Use a value-oriented, consultative approach to listen to prospective customers and educate them on how Procore Capital’s solutions will best meet their needs
  • Work with Sales Development Reps to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified and funded opportunities
  • Keep a well-documented and maintained pipeline
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the health of your accounts

What we’re looking for:

  • High-energy with a curious, resourceful, and competitive nature; strong EQ and rapport-building skills are necessary
  • Closing experience – preferably with financial or technology products, including managing a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Construction or Finance experience is a plus. Strong business acumen around concepts such as working capital, cash flow, and how to interpret a balance sheet.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gsuite
  • You are looking to get into the exciting world of Fintech sales

Additional Information


Base pay range is $27.35 - $32.48 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $113,780 - $135,110

Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
