Compensation Range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year plus a very lucrative commission and bonus schedule

About the Job

The Account Executive will serve as the scout, the leading party, and the ranger of the team.

The Account Executive will be in charge of seeking and adding new businesses to Nexus HR Staffing by generating leads, prospecting, and establishing communications with prospective clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies in lead generation and client prospecting.
  • Establish, maintain, and manage the leads/clients database.
  • Reach out, establish, and maintain communication with prospective clients.
  • Represent and advocate for Nexus HR Services to new and existing clients.
  • Help prospective clients identify their needs, and offer solutions accordingly.
  • Generate at least 50 unique leads every day.
  • Make at least 100 outreach attempts per day.
  • Follow-up on inquiries from the Nexus HR website and other social media channels.
  • Help prospective clients set up a meeting with our closers.
  • Help manage Nexus HR social media accounts, as it relates to business development tasks.
  • Work with the management and the marketing team in developing effective promotional and educational materials for existing and prospective clients.
  • Travel to professional gatherings, and represent Nexus HR Services, as needed.
  • Other relevant tasks, relevant to Business Development, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in cold-calling in marketing and sales.
  • Driven and warm personality.
  • Experience with CRM software is highly preferred
  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
  • Able to travel 25% of the time.
  • Able to work in Sacramento, CA.
  • Authorized to work in the US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
