This role will be on-site in our Westborough, MA office.
Account Coordinator responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.
Position requires a bachelor's degree and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as ability to quickly learn other software programs. The ideal candidate will have work experience in photovoltaic solar engineering and/or operations & maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Prepare and manage client quotes, invoices, service reports and production reports.
Track project and client issues and work with the internal teams to confirm all issues are being addressed in a timely manner.
Manage purchase orders for subcontracted work and materials.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account/project metrics
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis with the goal of being awarded all clients new solar projects
Responsible for working with the Electrical, Site Maintenance and Project Analytics teams to onboard and integrate new clients and properly manage existing projects; and
Perform all other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven organizational and communication skills.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, customer requirements and project profitability
Excellent listening and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Solar construction and/or operations and maintenance experience is a plus
Highly proficient working with Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn other computer applications
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time and project management skills, while always looking to improve inefficient processes
Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
