What will I be doing?
As an ABA Counselor you will be implementing interventions to help individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be implementing behavior support plans, attending meetings in the community, and help to identify supports for the individual. You will be responsible for assessments and documentation for your clients.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or a related field, and hold a current BCABA certification; or, be willing to obtain BCABA certification within the first 6 months of employment. Additionally, the BCABA must meet the requirement of a Qualified Mental Health Provider in Virginia
Candidate must pass a comprehensive background check.
