What you will do:

• Follow safety procedures by safely transferring rolls of extruded plastic from production equipment to pallet
• Be dependable and maintain a positive attitude in both individual work and when assisting other team members
• Utilize time management skills to oversee up to 3 extrusion lines during a shift, while keeping the work area clean
• Accurately use a measuring tape to place cores on the winder shafts
• Correctly label and package rolls of extruded plastic and perform audits on all packaging to ensure that it is correct and ready for shipping
• Consistently monitor for quality, length, width, gauge, and required customer product presentation
• Ensure that all products and packaging reflect Profile’s high-quality standards

What we are looking for:

• Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Reliable transportation
• Dependability
• Positive attitude

Night shift hours are 5:00 pm to 5:00 am with a rotating schedule:

Week 1: Work 4 days = M/T/F/S, 48 hrs including 8 hrs of overtime (OT rate = $30.00 per hr!)

Week 2: Work 3 days = SU/W/TH, 36 hr week
