r Twinsburg Client is recruiting for a Mechanic Technician Position!
Shift:
- 1st shift-Monday-Friday- 7:30am-4:30pm
- Overtime work will be scheduled as required
Pay:
- $20-$30/Hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and Bills of Materials. gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or measurements specifications.
- Inspection and verification of specifications by measuring assembled components.
- Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions and/or procuring additional resources in order to meet specifications.
- Maintains equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; and scheduling repairs.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Maintains supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels of supplies and tools.
- Documents actions by completing productions forms; quality forms; and Service Reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Manual dexterity skills with the ability to assemble products quickly and accurately.
- Capability to follow drawings, technical manuals and assembly specifications and procedures.
- Quality focus; detail oriented; common sense judgment; and readiness for decision making.
