With the explosive growth of our agency, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time in-house content strategist / social media manager to join our tribe and support our company to world domination!

This content strategist role is essential to our monster growth goals. You will be responsible for working with our videographers to develop and post high-quality promotional video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Linkedin.

If your mobile screen time is 4+ hours per day, you have a keen eye for detail, a talent for storytelling and experience in growing accounts this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a content strategist and social media manager who can:

• Optimise & repurpose content for multiple social channels (e.g. Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter)
• Identify and jump on trends to ensure our brand is operating at the speed of culture.
• Researching trends and tactics for retention/engagement on all social media platforms
• Analysing and reviewing stats, data and analytics after posting content (so we can see what’s hitting and what’s not)
• Create large volumes of short-form video content with our production teams.
• Quickly identify and respond to new trends.
• Input music, captions, graphics and effects if needed.
• Manage videographers/production team to produce large volumes of content.
• Post content on social networks (analysing and optimising post times)

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create reels, stories, videos, and photos
• Unyielding thirst to create and learn
• Affinity of all things social and viral
• Ability to write click-worthy content and tell a captivating story
• Ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be open to feedback throughout the creative process.
• Experience with social media content creation.
