Sampling Yerbaé in Sam's clubs three days per week that will pay $27/HR + Bonus Incentives

Dates & Locations:

Sam’s Club sampling program running from March 18th to April 30th in AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MN, MO, ND, NM, NV, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, WI, LA, KY, and WY.

Shift Time Averages:

3-DAY DEMO Shift times (1BA)

Day 1: Friday 9:30am-6:00pm

Day 2: Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm

Day 3: Sunday 9:30am-6:00pm

The Perfect Fit:

We're looking for as full as possible commitment for the 7 weeks in Sam’s Club as we will be sending the kit that you will bring to each shift including a shop card to make your purchases. You'll have a 4ft table, cooler & kit & will have your demo setup next to the Yerbae pallet display in store.

Also looking for consistency for locations - Getting to know the store, their process & managers are all very helpful with this program.

Description

We are looking to hire enthusiastic Brand Ambassador's to be the face and voice of our brand as we bring to life our product in Clubs across the country. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing sales and awareness by promoting and sampling our products in Sam’s Club. Talking to consumers and converting shoppers to customers through brand sampling of the company's products and telling our brand story will be the key objectives for this position. Sampling our products in clubs like Sam's, gives our company the opportunity to relate and engage consumers on a personal level while letting them try our products firsthand. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve the company's goals and objectives, such as communicating the benefits and value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at selling/sampling activations.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and networking skills. You will be responsible for representing the Yerbaé brand in a fun and professional manner to engage and entertain Sam’s shoppers. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

· Become a brand expert by familiarizing yourself with the brand’s key messaging, attributes, values and tone as well as the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

· Host Selling & Sampling activations at Sam’s Club each weekend including setup, execution and tear down of materials

· Promote the Yerbaé brand through memorable consumer experiences resulting in sales

· Educate customers about our products.

· Track sales and customer feedback and escalating opportunities to improve the marketing department.

· Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.

· Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times

· Must be able to transport/store and set up your field demo kit as well as clean supplies as needed.

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

· Prior experience in a customer service environment. Brand Ambassador, Waitstaff, bartenders and other high touch customer engagement positions

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

· Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.

· Ability to travel within a 60 mile radius
