Wraparound Facilitator Job at Highfields Inc
Highfields, Inc. is looking for an outgoing, energetic wraparound facilitator. The facilitator works by putting the family in a position of leadership with a child and family team, created for them with their input, with professionals like therapists, courts, teachers, probation officers or other staff as well as family and friends, who come together to support the child and family.
**Incentive Bonus of $1,500 received after completion of first 90 days. You will also receive an additional $500 upon working six months with Highfields.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred, or bachelor's degree meeting all of the requirements of a CMHP (Child Mental Health Professional)
- State licensure commensurate with degree (or ability to get one within 30 days of hire).
- An understanding, commitment and/or training in strength-based and evidence-based treatment models.
- Three years supervised experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families;
- Or an individual with at least a master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited school who is trained and has one year of experience in the examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families.

Travel Requirements
- Extensive travel to clients’ homes is required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must maintain adequate insurance coverage.
- Must have/maintain a valid driver’s license and fewer than 6 points on record.
