Summary:

Our Installation Process Managers supervise subcontractor crews and manage the installation process from start to finish. Installation Process Managers must excel at technical measurement and provide top-notch service to ensure Homeowner satisfaction and appropriate resource capacity for Renewal by Andersen of Florida.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensure homeowner satisfaction, as measured through customer surveys, by training and coaching associates on technical capabilities and customer service. Regularly visit Homeowner work sites to audit existing and new processes.
  • Meet or exceed Homeowner expectations on the timing of installation processes by having a capable workforce available to meet demand fluctuations. Lead the recruiting efforts as needed to meet workforce requirements.
  • Meet or exceed planned margins and revenue dollar goals by having a capable workforce and using outsourcing as appropriate.
  • Lead the safety initiates of the installation process to ensure safe practices are in place and are followed.
  • Accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
  • Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements impacting the installation process are met.
  • Supervise installation process associates including performance planning, fostering open communication and answering team concerns and questions.
  • Manage independent contractors (including contracts, selection, and training) to ensure that appropriate installation process capacity exists.
  • Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation process issues.
  • Directly manage all associates involved in the installation processes.

What You'll Need:

  • Basic understanding of installation processes and requirements.
  • Previous customer service experience and conflict resolution skills required
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
  • Previous work experience in recruiting and managing independent contractors.
  • Basic computer skills and MS Office suite proficiency
  • Ability to work and lead in a team environment.
  • Basic financial knowledge. Previous P&L responsibility helpful, but not required.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Previous window and door experience a plus
  • Lead certification and Notary Public a plus

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
