• Provide ongoing direction, coaching, and training to crew members
• Cash management: counting cash drawers and preparing bank deposits
• Hold yourself and those you manage accountable to Which Wich brand standards.
• Help shifts operate super smoothly and execute job duties with the utmost pride and attention to detail.
• Ensure crew members follow all checklists, store rules, and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
