We are seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to support Apple's global Workforce Management Program. This role's responsibilities include tier two support to our helplines on both internal applications and third party applications like Kronos, WorkJam and Workday. The Workforce Management Program supports multiple cross-functional global partners and customers at Apple with their various business needs ranging from business expansion to People team initiatives to global finance compliance enhancements.

Key Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central 8.1+ Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attendance, and Attestation Tool Kit
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to problem-solve complex scenarios
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver production solutions on time and accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Capacity to connect with and engage cross-functional, multi-region partners and customers to achieve the desired results
  • Experience working with integrated HR information systems like Workday

Description

Maintaining global tier two support production queue, addressing production issues within SLA standards. Engaging close partnerships with global helplines as a tier two level support partner. Working closely with external vendors and various internal organizations, including HR, Legal, Benefits, Compensation, and technical teams on production tickets and business processes. Contributing to and maintaining our Knowledge Base Library, as-is and to-be process and system configuration documentation. Coordinating issue resolution for Hire to Retire core teams in payroll, compliance, legal, and HR systems.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
