HonorHealth is a non-profit, local community healthcare system serving an area of 1.6 million people in the greater Phoenix area. Qualifications: Education
Associate's Degree or 2 years' work related experience in Health Promotion, Health Education or Related field Required

Responsibilities: Job Summary
Working under the direction of Chief of Caregiver Wellness, responsible for coordination of health and well-being programs for HonorHealth supporting Wellbeing Center of Excellence, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and other departments in the Well-being Collaborative as needed. Administers program activities aimed at improving employee health and well-being and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Initiatives may include but not limited to assistance with caregiver and peer support, physical fitness, weight reduction, stress management, and smoking cessation. Makes recommendations on changes or additions to the program to reflect changing needs of employers/employees.
  • Coordinates, research, monitors, and evaluates worksite wellness initiatives including Wellness Squad designed to promote a culture of wellness that improves the health, safety and well-being of employees, based on strategic goals.
  • Utilizes market research, self identified research and input from executive leadership to help direct innovative and wellness services for employer groups, PRGs, and community partners, which meet the budgetary guidelines and blend with the system-wide efforts.
  • Working with wellbeing, employee health, and DEI leaders develops, implements, manages, and maintains appropriate outcome monitoring and establishes metrics to measure the effectiveness of worksite well-being and DEI initiatives.
  • Monitors and evaluates effectiveness and goal achievement of wellness programs and PRGs as they relate to wellness. Initiates/leads necessary changes to ensure goal achievements are met.
  • Works with benefits staff as needed to develop health plan strategy to improve the health of employees.
  • Manages databases, including direction/delegation of data entry, monitoring of database integrity, formulating reports and the transfer of data into appropriate database for wellness, workplace safety, and DEI initiatives. Manage patient experience data as it relates to well-being, DEI, and safety.
  • Manages reporting process and formulating reports to other identified departments to assist in marketing campaigns respectively. Is an identifiable liaison to service lines and provides regular communication vehicles to update and document marketing efforts.
