Weekend Program Lead Residential Group Home - PT

The Weekend Program Lead is directly responsible for management of over-all household functions including, but not limited to, Active Treatment, Behavior Modification (/ABST), CPR and Standard First Aid, in accordance with the individual education and program plans. Under direction of the QIDP, the Weekend Lead is responsible for staff oversight and training including timely and accurate client documentation, following TERI policies, procedures, and code of conduct Collaborate with QIDP team for fun and engaging community outings.

Schedule: Part time Weekend Shifts: 12 Hour Shift required
Saturday &/or Sunday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday &/or Sunday 9:00am – 9:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• · Hands-on position providing care, education, direct training, program planning/documentation
• · Supervision to adults with developmental disabilities in a 6-bed residential group home setting.
• · Responsibilities include personal care, feeding, bathing, etc.

Salary: $19.00

Requirements:

• · HS/GED
• · acceptable driving history & criminal background check
• · CA Driver’s License & ability to obtain a Class B Driver’s License
• · Must receive a negative marijuana/drug screen
• · Entry level positions available
• · Locations: Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook, and San Marcos
