Wedding Cake Consultant – Part Time
Make wedding cake dreams come true by joining our Bethel Bakery Wedding Department team!
- Fridays & Saturdays 9-5
Essential Duties:
- Provide excellent, above and beyond customer service to customers, vendors, and visitors
- Conduct wedding cake design appointments via zoom, detailing wedding cake size and design
- Answer and return phone calls, messages, and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information to questions posed by clients, co-workers, and management
- Process wedding cake orders and payments in POS system
- Communicate with wedding accounts and vendors, as well as confirm wedding details and delivery schedules
- Report directly to Wedding Department Manager
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Create/Label top tier boxes and prepare wedding decorations (i.e. ribbon supplies, silk flowers, gum paste, cake boards, etc.)
Experience and Requirements:
- Passion for exceptional customer service in a supportive team environment
- Previous office and customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Point Of Sales (POS) systems, and zoom meetings
- Impeccable Attention to Detail
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethics
- Ability to work quickly and precisely in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Must pass background and drug screening
