Web Store Clerk Job at Bachmann Industries
Overview:
Bachmann Industries is a small manufacturing/distribution company known for its extensive and award-winning line of model railroading products. We are seeking a permanent, full-time Web Store Clerk. This position requires the applicant to possess computer proficiency. A knowledge of model trains and the hobby industry is desired.
Essential Functions and Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders daily.
- Assist in organizing Web Store items for the department (i.e., sorting, labeling, stocking, etc.)
- Assist customers with order placement via telephone and online.
- Ability to clearly articulate (both written and oral) with customers and coworkers.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the Web Store section of our website.
Other Duties:
- May perform other job-related duties (Special Projects) as assigned.
- Ability to address customer service needs with a positive, patient, and friendly manner, utilizing good interpersonal skills.
- During peak periods or sale promotions, provide packing assistance in our Parts Department.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
