Link Solutions is seeking a Web Developer Team Lead to join our team on the Aberdeen Proving Grounds located in Aberdeen, MD.

The Systems Administrator Team Lead will support the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) CIO/G6 and will be responsible for the information technology infrastructure, and equipment that is key to enabling CECOM personnel, civilians, and contractors worldwide to execute their command’s mission. You will be an important role in helping protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Manager, customers, and other staff members to collect requirements, estimate work, and ensure that tasks are deployed according to schedule.
• Build and deploy in the Azure Cloud, websites, and applications providing information to the public regarding CECOM and The APG Office of Small Business.
• Design and envision new web-based systems in response to customer business requirements.
• Incorporate Cyber-Security best practices to build secure resilient web applications.
• Provide application and security development STIG.
• Test code, features, business rules, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and fix websites, applications, and user support issues.

• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Government/DoD Secret Clearance (will sponsor the right candidate).
• Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

• Professional experience using: HTML5, CSS4, JavaScript9, C#, .NET CORE, RAZOR, ASP.NET, or MVC architecture.
• Experience working in Microsoft Azure environment.
• Azure SQL services, Azure Application services.
• Substantial experience in designing, building, & implementing software solutions in an agile environment.
• Understanding of secure web programming practices and security issues as they pertain to web applications.
• Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
