The Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in consistently delivering a memorable client experience. They are responsible for ensuring client needs are met in a pleasant, accurate, and timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of financial markets and wealth management. The position’s focus is on providing support for Senior Wealth Advisors. A high degree of direct communication with clients is required, therefore pleasant, clear and concise, verbal and written skills are a must. Superior customer service is paramount for new and existing clients via telephone, as well as personally in-office. The focus of the Client Relationship Manager should be one of accommodation toward Advisors, clients and team members, with high attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Series 65
  • Associate’s degree with 5 years experience in financial sector OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience in the financial sector

Job Functions:

  • Maintain a consistently pleasant and upbeat attitude with all clients and vendors as a SWP “brand ambassador.”
  • Provide additional in office staff support by filtering incoming phone calls and directing telephone communication during normal office hours.
  • Provide additional administrative support for client appointment scheduling
  • Handle client requests that arise regarding money movement, contact information adjustments, mailings, and other related service items.
  • Meticulously follow established processes and SOP’s. Attention to detail and work product accuracy is a must.
  • Assist in preparation, presentation, and assembly of presentation documents for Ultra High-Net Worth clients.
  • Diligently document all necessary client information in Client Relationship Management System by following established processes and procedures (Junxure Cloud).
  • Process and communicate to Advisor completion of action items that result from client meetings.
  • Prepare, deliver and process paperwork to open, close, transfer or update client accounts.
  • Input client data into financial planning system in order for Advisor to prepare financial plans, as needed. (with opportunity to learn the system and run financial plans)
  • Obtain account information and provide necessary correspondence for related professional service inquiries including, but not limited to attorneys, CPA’s and other COI’s.
  • Provide front line support to clients for web-based account access and onboarding (Fidelity and TD Ameritrade/Schwab)
  • Execute trades via custodial platforms at Fidelity and TD Ameritrade as needed, series 65 required.
  • Proactively organize and streamline workflow for advisors, as needed
  • Assist with editing and writing articles for firm newsletter and blog.
  • Provide assistance for special projects in all departments.
  • This is not a business development role, but rather a crucial component to helping Advisors transition in new clients and service existing clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
